If you are required to replace your tire as a result of a road hazard,
you will be reimbursed up to $50 (one tire) per occurrence. The
maximum reimbursement is $200 within the two years following
vehicle purchase date.

Exclusions: (1) Tires with a tread depth less than 3/32 (2) vehicles
other than passenger cars, vans or pickup trucks (3) any tire covered
by warranty, recall or replacement program (4) space saver tires
(5) cost of balancing and alignment (6) replacement due to rim leaks,
vandalism, fire, theft, or factory defects (7) used tire purchases.

Advantage Plus, Inc. is an independent contractor: tire replacements
are not provided by Advantage Plus, Inc. or the dealership.

To register, fill out the form, and send it to us, along with your
original receipt, within thirty days of the occurrence.
