If your vehicle becomes disabled and you are more than 100 miles
from home, we will reimburse you for expenses incurred by you and
your family. The maximum reimbursement is $50.00 per day for up to
6 days. This includes meals (restaurant only) and lodging (hotel only).
The maximum reimbursement per individual is $300 within the two (2)
years following vehicle purchase date.

To register, fill out the form , and send it to us, along with your
original receipt, within thirty days of the occurrence.
